Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with Discount Movers regarding your interstate move, we offer an arbitration program as required by FMCSA regulations. Before proceeding to arbitration, we encourage you to first contact our claims department to resolve the issue directly.

The FMCSA arbitration program applies only to interstate household goods shipments regulated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (49 CFR Part 375).
